Reborn now comes with two engines: the original RPGXP engine (Game.exe) and the newfangled MKXP engine (Game-z.exe).

Game-z is recommended if your computer supports it!

(Note that only the Windows download has the option for both. The older engine can still be accessed on other platforms by downloading the windows version and running it with Wine.)

    System Recommendations (Game.exe):

    • Windows XP or later
    • Mac OS with Wine (see Mac Guide). Note that 10.15 and later does not support Wine.
    • 2+ GB RAM (4+ is better)
    • 500MB Hard Drive Space

    System Recommendations (Game-z.exe):

    • GPU with OpenGL 3.3 or later (most computers made after 2010 should support this)
    • Mac OS 10.12 or later
    • 2+ GB RAM (4+ is better)
    • 500MB Hard Drive Space

Pokemon Reborn is created using RPG Maker XP and the Pokemon Essentials Starter Kit. Pokemon Reborn does not claim ownership of Pokemon or any associated content. All original characters, artwork and other media remain the property of their respective authors.
