I have this friend who isn't me and they recently switched form the thin glass roses tube, to an actual one shooter from a head shop. This new pipe no longer allows him to push. The friend is not complaining because after using heavy weight in his pipe, a dark oily sludge has thickly coated the entire inside.
The friend has heard the best way is to scape it out, yet others have claimed to use a solvent. The friend needed more step by step procedures rather than just suggestions that he had found so far.
In addition the friend had noticed that there was no method given to best return the removed residue (from the tiny flakes produced by scraping or how to remove the solvent) into a state that can be smoked again.
So please share your vast knowledge with this friend that isn't me. The large amount to be had makes him want to be very certain that the procedure can be followed and produces good results.

YEAH, i smoke resin, thats why i was looking it up. I am the master, and kind of resin smoking i think, after reading this. However, i too feel it a bit in my lungs it seems from yesterday. I smoke an ouhce of bud at a time through a 1.5 inch water bong. I only use about a quarter inch depth of water, to grab ash and hard carbon mostly.
How To Smoke Resin From Crack Pipe
- Smoking 'resin' out of a crack pipe is incredibly unhealthy. There's no telling what's in there but a good bet is pyrolysis products i.e. Best thing to clean it would be acetone and scrubbing. I don't advise anyone to smoke the resultant, just like I don't advise anyone to smoke shoe polish or rotting food.
- Give it a break, then repeat a few times. The humidity wil have gotten the residue from all around the pipe to drop down to the bottom of the pipe. Since meth is a water soluble, you can either drink the liquid residue that you boiled together, or you can smoke it, which you have to be really careful with so you don't boil the resi.
